Boquete

We are still in Boquete and it is still nice. It rained overnight and the ground was soggy but it was still nice and cool. I went to get a haircut but was told to come back at 230 pm. The kids were playing the park on the rock again. The park was full of families enjoying their Sunday morning. We drove the RV to try some coffee. Christine drinks coffee but I don't. She tried their Geisha coffee named after a region in Ethiopia. It is grown here in Boquete and can go for $100/lb. The barista also had her try a type of coffee grown in El Salvador. He said the water should be heated to 92 C at most and poured in 5 aliquots of water steeping for 2:30 and no longer otherwise bitterness would be in the coffee. The coffee was very mild almost like tea.
After the coffee shop we went back to the Chinese restaurant to get dumplings again. We also ordered chow fun and roasted duck with rice. It was great. $27
There was a carwash behind the Chinese restaurant and they washed the RV for $10 in the rain. The RV needs to be washed before shipping.
I went to get my $10 haircut. There wasn't much to do in the rain so we went to get some desserts. Fresas Mary was recommended so we went there for some strawberry and whipped cream. $12
We then drove back down to David 36 miles away for some boba tea. We passed by this on the way up but it was too early in the day. The menu was extensive and we had mango and strawberry and lychee drinks. Christine ordered an aiyu and lemon tea and a frozen coffee for tomorrow morning.
We started back to Boquete but noticed the mall parking lot was full and pulled in. There was a Halloween weekend event. We didn't dress up and had missed most of the event but the kids played in the bounce house and slides for 30 minutes ($10).
We drove back to Boquete in the dark but it was pretty safe with streetlights. No animals roaming. But there were a few big potholes. Tomorrow I will drop off the RV at the mechanic.
