Galapagos Santa Cruz day 2

It rained early this morning and drizzled on and off. I looked out the window and counted 15 starlink dishes. We dropped laundry off today and had to wait for it to get done before we could go out because Dd was out of clothes. I found the fishing docks where animals waited for scraps.
I walked around town buying some bananas and pears for the Christine and Ellie. I found the central mercado and a supermarket by the port.Back at the Airbnb I made ramen for the kids and they did some homeschool. We went out for a walk and found some soup for Christine and some iced treats and the kids played at a playground.
I tried a coca cola to wake up but was still tired. We went back to the Airbnb and I slept for a little and felt better.
Our friends had just arrived on the ferry and invited us over to their rental it was a tall five story place with three bedrooms.
It was getting late and the kids were tired and cranky from their bumpy ride from San Cristobal. We decided to eat out and walked a short distance to a pan-Asian place. We had chicken fingers, pad Thai, and Korean wings: $60.
We said our goodbyes for now and parted ways. We dropped by the front desk of the Galapagos dreams hotel to book a taxi to Baltra in the morning.
