Playa Orengo
I slept great again and the air smelled of salt water. We got up and the kids spent the morning digging in the sand. They found a dead tarantula near the van which raised questions no one wanted the ask. They were so brave to go up to it and touch it with a stick. They found dead crabs and continued to collect shells. They did some painting with the other kids Luka and Mila. I hung out with Dan for a few hours and then went back into the RV to tackle the leaking faucet. Fortunately it was an easy fix and some Teflon tape solved the problem. I ordered replacement parts for free from Moen, the manufacturer to be shipped to my parents. More stuff for them to bring.
It rained a little briefly and the weather was cooler which was nicer. I was out in the sun too long without sunscreen.Fortunately the kids had sunscreen on. The tide came in and went out again. Dan and I sat and talked for hours. All day long. We had one of the clearest nights for stars and it was breathtaking.
Tomorrow we will need to head out and refill water and dump the cassette.
