Museo Paleontológico Municipal Ernesto Bachmann

It was colder than I expected last night at 55F. We stopped at a dinosaur museum in town. There were dinosaur footprints found close to our campsite and the museum was close by. The museum was not as good as the one in Trelew we visited last month but it was only $10 for all of us to visit (kids were free). We also filled up on water and then headed north. Traffic slowed around Neuquen and we ended up on smaller roads with questionable quality and potholes but it was the recommended route on Google maps. We finally stopped at a free national park campground.
The scenery was pretty flat with mesas reflecting its underwater past. It looked like Texas or Arizona.
Patagonian winds blew some sandstorms and dust clouds on to the road. The weather was warm as high as 73F. At night the wind picked up again and sand flew all around.
